so i just got back from one direction’s hotel in auckland (it’s 1.30am) and we had the most amazing experience EVER.

when first i got there, we knew that they would be arriving very soon because they were coming back from their concert. some girls had made a deal with a security guard that if we were quiet when they came through, they would try their hardest for us to meet them.

so we passed the message around to everyone and tried out absolute hardest to not make any noise when the come - not even take pictures. only just smiling and waving.

but then 3 vans pulled up into the driveway - one direction’s vans, and no one said a thing. we all just stood there and waved and one direction got out, looked absolutely stunned and shocked, and waved back to us for a while, then security pushed them back into the building. there were about 100 of us fans there who all kept to our word and only smiled and waved, not screamed in their faces.

no one said anything, or screamed or yelled at them or anything. and it was extremelly powerful.

not only did afterwards we find out that one direction were apparently extremelly impressed by us fans, but the security guards were like in shock. they didn’t think that we could pull off not screaming and fangirling etc. the senior body guard came around and said to all of us ‘i don’t think we have ever seen that before’.

then he told us that usually when one direction get out of their van, they just go straight into the hotel, without stopping to wave. but they stopped and waved. to. us. because of how respectful we were.

then the security guards tried for hours to try and see if they could come back out and meet us, but unfortunately we had very little luck.

then harry came out, and got into a van by himself around 11.30pm and left. once again we made no noise whatsoever. everyone was extremelly impressed, and then louis came up to the window of the hotel and just sat there and looked at us all whilst we just waved to him, without making any noise.

i don’t think i have ever seen the boys so shocked. the genuinly looked so suprised and happy about how respectful we were. and actually - i felt really good about no yelling and screaming etc. it felt so good, i really can’t describe the feeling.

but unfortunately, after waiting for 3 hours of anticipation, the security guards came back and said that they’re not coming back out, because their management won’t let them.

i just thought that i wanted to share my story with you guys, about how the power of directioners can really make a difference. we showed them how respectful we can be and the boys honestly looked amazed by it. i strongly urge you to do that too if you ever meet the boys because it really pays off.

pass the message on to all directioners because i think that everyone needs to know that you can still have the best experience EVER without having to scream and yell at the boys.

also - just another note, right after the boys initially went into their hotel (where we stunned them with us being so quiet), zayn tweeted:

‘So its true , persistance pays off , x :)’

we don’t know if he was referencing about us indirectly, but still even if he wasn’t, what he is saying is extremelly true.
